Philips AventComfort Double electric breast pump

This pump is very much comfortable to use at any sitting position and I dont need to find extra movement just to get proper flow while pumping, plus it pump more effectively than other brands I have tried. It’s much smaller and quieter and a lot more powerful. The design is simple and very compct and just like other avent single electric pumps, its just doubled that gives you more easy and fast milking. It has soft shields and a cover that fits right to any breasts. This electirc pump features also light noise so you can pump even beside a sleeping baby without hassle of waking them up due to noise. In my opinion this is actually great for working moms who need to collect and store enough milk for the day while they are away. It has useful pumping features that even the lowest mode you can collect so much more milk. The only downside I saw is the packaging because it acumulate space and storage that I find difficult to arrange if you have to bring it outside or you have to take it on travels although it comes with a traveling bag yet its accesories and the bag size is pretty much almost the size of a diaper baby bag. It has also must be plugged while using not chargeable and doesn’t have battery options. Also in cleaning, it does has a lot of parts to clean including the extra bottles. All in all I must say it is worth the price for its work and features compare to other products.

Really can't complain about this pump. Gets milk out effectively and comfortably but it is noisy.. I'd like to be able to watch TV while I pump but I can't hear it

The Avnet double electric breast pump has help increase my milk supply. It helped me express double the amount of milk due to the double pump facility. I found the pump very easy to use and even easier to take apart in order to clean and sterilise it. The design of this pump allows u to pump will sitting back and relaxing, hence increasing your milk flow. I definately recommend this pump to other mums

Loved this product, the double pump had soft pads which were comfortable, the double pump allowed quick expressing so I could express more in each sitting. I have tried other brands but I really liked with this pump you could lean back and sit comfortable, others you had to sit forwards so expressing was a real chore, especially with me having had a c section, I needed to be sat comfy not leaning forwards hurting my cut. I would Definetly recommend this to other mums at baby group and will Definetly use this pump if I have anymore children.

I have had this product for 3 months now. I must confess I prefer using it as a single pump (I find it more comfortable). Overall its a good product, very comfortable, easy to use and assemble and of course easy to maintain. it makes breastfeeding fun! Thanks Phillips Avent for such a great product.

I really wanted to breast feed my baby but struggled to get her to latch on and eventually had to resort to expressing milk for her. I began using a manual pump and although I could get a good quantity of milk it look a long time and I would end up with back ache from having to lean forward. With the Avent Comfort electric pump I am able to sit much more comfortably without having to hunch over it. It is very simple and easy to use, I didn't need any instructions at all. The pump is pretty quiet and the suction itself is really comfortable. I am able to express plenty of milk in much less time than with the manual pump and I think this will allow me to continue expressing for longer than I would have done otherwise.

The pump is easy to set up and use. I was a little disappointed that there was no timer feature but this didn't affect the pumps performance. I found I could express more milk with this pump and it kept the milk flowing longer.

I have an Isis single pump which I think is superb - I have has a relative problem with oversupply, and can express over 200 ml in ten minutes with my single pump. My return to work is looming so I thought I would buy a double pump to make life easier. This is a massive massive disappointment. After several attempts I could still barely express 10 ml with it. Worried my milk supply had dropped, I went back to my Isis and was as productive as ever. The best thing about this pump is that I can return it! Customer services have been relatively helpful and I am expecting a full and prompt refund. I am very active in breastfeeding peer support and work as a paediatrician and will be discouraging friends and patients' mothers from buying this product. I am genuinely worried that women using it will think there is a problem with their milk supply whereas it is this poorly designed product that is at fault. If only I could track down a double Isis pump - but I gather this very much inferior product is supposed to have replaced it.
